I ordered the Geo duvet cover for $256. It was nice but the wrong color for my space. The retailer’s website stated returns could be made within 14 days, and to email customer service for the address of the company. The returns policy made no mention of the fact that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The lowest price I could find for shipping back the duvet from the US to the UK was $145. I’m appalled and furious, which is why I’m writing this review. Do not purchase from them unless you live nearby or you’re sure you’ll like the item, and pay no attention to their customer service boasting.
