  • Extremely disappointing. My son spent $100 to have an arrangement of flowers delivered to me for Mother's Day and this is what I've received. I've given feedback and have been told to wait 24 to 48 hours for the buds to open! Disgraceful.

  • I bought the classic posey for a friend’s birthday. It’s states same day delivery, has a disclaimer that they can’t control the traffic etc however I though well I have ordered at 9:30am so should receive by at least 3:00pm, nope my friend got her birthday flowers at 6:00pm. I had to update the address so she wouldn’t miss them at work and they delivered to her home. If you purchase make sure you get them the day before when you actually need them! Other than this, I think they were lovely, however not sure they were worth $100 but my friend loved them.

  • I received a surprise Mothers Day gift from my partner and while the thought warmed my heart the gift itself supplied by LVLY was nothing short of disappointing. For the cost, the bunch of flowers is incredibly over priced and undersized. The flowers were squashed upon arrival and some appear discoloured and dying. The personalised label on the front is not even printed straight and the Polaroid of me and my daughter is very poor quality. The size of the flowers in my opinion is ridiculous. In times where money is extremely valuable at the moment this exorbitant price for poor quality is very upsetting. LVLY you should be very ashamed of the service you’ve provided. I hope no other Mums experience this on their special day

  • There's absolutely nothing like it! I love how you can put cute little quotes and people's names on the flower jars, and their customer service is always 10/10. Couldn't recommend LVLY's flowers and gifts enough 🙌

  • Have used LVLY a number of times for my last minute gifting, absolute life savers with a late order cut off for delivery that day! Cute flowers, fun add ons - always well received.

  • I almost lost a valued friendship over the poor service from LVLY FLOWERS. My dear friend was getting married and as I was unable to attend I ordered flowers online. The flowers were not delivered and I was not notified. The company happily took my money and when they couldn't meet the delivery date they did not automatically refund!!! I was unaware of the lack of delivery and my dear friend thought I hadn't acknowledged her significant day. Really poor service I wish I had read the reviews.

  • I ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise. The courier did not call her but just left the parcel at the letter box. I only found out few days later when I contacted LVLY. By the time they picked up the box, the flowers were already few days old. LVLY customer service replied to my email immediately. They did not know that the delivery service did not contact the recipient but just left the parcel at the letter box in the apartment building. LVLY were extremely professional at handling this and immediately resent a new fresh bouquet to my friend on the same day! LVLY was not at all defensive but very customer focused.. the flowers were also beautiful! Thank you LVKY customer service team! I will definitely shop with you again! Fast service, prompt resolution and very reliable!

  • Extremely Disappointed: Poor Service, Heartbreak, and Disappointing Flowers with Lvly.com I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping with Lvly.com, and I feel compelled to warn all potential customers about the dismal quality of their service. My entire interaction with Lvly.com was riddled with disappointment, frustration, and heartbreak, not to mention the underwhelming and sad-looking flowers that accompanied their photo service. To begin with, the delivery of my order was an absolute disaster. I had chosen Lvly.com in the hopes of creating a special gift for my partner, complete with a photo intended to bring joy and laughter. However, the delivery arrived missing the crucial photo, leaving me feeling confused and let down. This oversight alone was enough to cause disappointment, but it also led to a significant strain on my relationship, resulting in a painful breakup. Lvly.com's lack of attention to detail and their failure to ensure accurate deliveries is completely unacceptable. Giving Lvly.com the benefit of the doubt, I decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, my hopes were quickly dashed once again. The second delivery arrived with faulty cropping, completely omitting essential elements necessary for capturing the intended humour. As if that weren't enough, the flowers that accompanied the photo service were incredibly sad-looking. I couldn't help but think that I could have collected a better bunch of flowers in the middle of a desert. The lack of care and quality exhibited by Lvly.com is truly disheartening. To add insult to injury, Lvly.com's apology was nothing short of disappointing. Rather than offering a sincere and meaningful resolution, they sent a stale chocolate bar as an apology. This gesture, or lack thereof, only served to highlight their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes. It is an abysmal display of unprofessionalism. In light of my distressing and emotionally devastating experience, I vow never to shop with Lvly.com again. The entire ordeal has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned. From their poor service to the heartbreak caused by their mistakes, Lvly.com has proven to be an unreliable and negligent service provider. I implore anyone considering shopping with Lvly.com to think twice and opt for an alternative service that truly values its customers and takes pride in delivering a satisfactory experience. Save yourself the anguish and avoid the immense disappointment I endured. Lvly.com does not meet even the basic standards of service and customer care.

  • Ordered flowers at 8am, they were delivered just after lunch time! So fast! Not only that they were fresh and have lasted forever. Will definitely be ordering again.

  • I forgot my best friend’s birthday and lvly saved the day when I was still able to make an order in the afternoon and have it delivered that day. The tracking notifications were so helpful too for piece of mind that it got there safely. My friend loved the cute box too!

  • I’m a huge fan of LVLY! I have ordered twice from them for my friend's birthday and they loved it. Their flowers are always very fresh and the arrangements of their flowers are very classy and elegant. Highly recommend them to everyone :)

  • My partner had ordered a bouquet of 10 sunflower to my house for our anniversary yesterday. When the package arrived I immediately grabbed it and was met with dying flowers. 4 of the batch were prematurely picked and the flower hadn’t even opened up yet. All the flowers had leaves that had holes in them and were crunchy and dying. They were delivered with no water as the sponge that was covering the base of the stems was dry. I put them in water with sugar hoping they would perk up but working a few hours all the flowers had completely wilted and flopped. We emailed the company and we’re told to send photos to which the decided that what we had received was standard and noting was wrong with the flowers. For a bouquet that cost $110 you would think it would last more than a few hours. The company did give us a refund for the flowers but not the shipping. However I am thoroughly disappointed with the company and their standard of quality. I would think they would take more care in sending customers quality flowers instead of just the off cuts.

    The quality of their product should be better. I wouldn’t by from here for a gift unless you want to be met with disappointment.
