Absolutely terrible experience that seems to never end. I ordered socks in mid-November as a Christmas gift, they never came; after some difficulties with the company, I was able to order again for free, but this shipment also failed to arrive. Now I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and still have not gotten anything. No one should trust this company. They are slow to communicate and unreliable. If my money had been refunded immediately when asked, I would have taken it as a failed experience and nothing more, but after countless emails fighting for this, I am incredibly upset. They have had my money for 3 months and everyone else should know what kind of risks they are running by ordering from them.

The quality of the sock was very good but I was disappointed with the coloring off one off the dogs.

Fantastic socks, brought for hubby for xmas with our dog's face on them. Looks great, can really see her face and he loves them.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Ordered socks at the start of December. Was told the order was not processed due to a system error 4 weeks later. Emails are never responded to within a good timeframe. The 3-7 working day refund has now been 8 and I have not received my money.

Loved how this is done. Socks fit just as it said. Color was great & loved how I could fit my picture just like I wanted.

Maybe not as high resolution because of the material, but when it stretches out as you wear it, you see more details and it looks great + hilarious :D
