I love the smoked salmon from Lummi Island Wild. They are invested in harvesting methods more sustainable than those perpetuated by large commercial fishers. They partner with two tribes, Snohomish and Upper Skagit who are catching salmon in traditional reef nets to selectively source salmon in the Washington State area. It's also very tasty.
