I wanted to add more fiber to my diet and had seen ads for this one on instagram. The science behind it looks really solid and so far so good. Has absolutely no taste and arrived fairly quickly. Am keen to see the long term results.

I really like the idea of a prebiotic fiber and Loam mixes in super easily, which I appreciate. I didn’t realize until after I got it that it contains wheat — I’m gluten-free, so that was a bit of a bummer and why I’m taking off a star. It would be helpful if that were more clearly called out upfront.

Love that they have actual research on their website, not just wellness influencer type claims. Got the multi dose pack so I could take with to work etc. it really does mix in about anything without any taste - like miralax but with actual microbes! Easy way to add a bunch of fiber to my day with gut upset. Wish the packaging was compostable. Will buy again for sure

I was quite skeptical that this prebiotic fiber product would truly be dissolved in liquid, without any taste. I've now put it in three different drinks and have not noticed it in any of them! I ordered both the single serving sachets and the bag of loose powdered fiber, so I can easily bring it with me to work and when I travel, and use the big bag at home. I am pleasantly surprised that it is truly tasteless and dissolves completely. The serving size seems pretty hefty to me so I was anxious that it would be impossible to incorporate. I've been very pleasantly surprised!
