My alligator ring in gold after two or three times of wearing for a few hours lost the gold in some areas. I was extremely disappointed that I tried contacting many many times and no one ever responded. I love their products but they are made cheap and have terrible customer service or no customer service.

The quality of the jewelry I've bought from here is...rough. I keep buying things because the designs are just so neat. I wish they'd introduce a better or waterproof metal without it being over $1000 on some of their popular designs.

Taking a point off because I seem to have a reaction to their earrings, BUT this jewelry is really stunning. I've found that the rings run a little small, but I was able to exchange mine without any issues the first time I bought from the shop!
