Liquid Death earns polarizing reviews: many praise its crisp still and sparkling waters, edgy tallboy cans that help non-drinkers blend in at concerts, and recyclable aluminum packaging; others call it “just water,” note metallic or flat tastes, and dislike sweetened flavors and the recent source change to Virginia. Fans highlight flavors like Mango Chainsaw, Severed Lime, Berry It Alive, and teas (Armless Palmer/Dead Billionaire), while critics cite bitter stevia aftertaste, limited carbonation, non‑resealable cans, and inconsistent flavor quality.

It's water in a can. Canned water, glad it's not plastic, but it's not a big deal. Great marketing does miracles.

I think this is a great concept when it comes to not wanting to feel left out when a group of friends is out drinking with their cans of adult beverages HOWEVER every one I’ve ever drank has just tasted like straight can / metal. I bought one for 11 dollars at a concert once and I was even struggling to drink it then. I put it even below Dasani on the worst water scale.

This drink is great. I don't personally drink anything but water and tea. I would buy this again for sure. It was easy to find and I enjoyed it ice cold.

Horrible name for a product for some WATER! But I love it...So popular when I'm at festivals or bars. Once I understood the name, its the first thing I think about on a HOT Texas day.

Cool concept and packaging. Would not work in Europe. Lets see what is coming next.

It’s the most fun way to drink water. Gotta hydrate that alt fashion/goth/emo/punkrock, and so on body! Hydration with an edge.

Firstly, great name! I found this at our local brewery. Very bubbly and a pure tasting sparkling water. Large can for your bucks!

I’m just not sure I see what the benefit is besides cool packaging and marketing? I will rate this highly though because of recyclable cans.

Overall, it taste like water. I feel like it’s kinda pricey for a can of water, but I’m pretty sure you’ll be paying for the packaging and not the actual product itself.

My first experience with the product was in Nashville, and I found it interesting that many of the bartenders were drinking! (Not knowing that it is water). When I realized that it was just water in a can, I found myself scratching me head once again (especially based on the price) . After the holidays, and talking to my child who is a non drinker, he mentioned that it was a great option to give the appearance of participating at the bar - without actually drinking. Interesting concept - that I had not considered. That being said, I have tried a couple of flavors - both which are excellent - my only drawback is the price.

I haven’t had the chance to try this product yet, but after hearing so much about it, I’m really looking forward to giving it a go! The specs and features seem impressive, and everything I’ve seen so far suggests that it’s well worth the investment. What stands out to me is how highly it’s been rated by other users – they rave about its performance and ease of use, which makes me even more eager to see for myself. While I can’t speak to its actual performance just yet, I’m confident that this product will meet the high expectations based on all the positive buzz around it. I’ll be sure to update this once I’ve had the opportunity to try it out and see how it holds up in real-life use. So far, everything points to this being a fantastic addition, and I’m counting down the days to test it myself!

i hate to say this... but i was disappointed. important to note here that i purchased a sparkling water (so not still). the bubbles disappeared into the abyss before i could take my third sip. Perhaps its a chemistry issue due to the inability to close the lid on a can, but all i can say is that my experience fell a bit flat.

Love the overall design and different approach. But just not my 👅taste

This drink tastes like liquid death for sure, so the name is accurate. I feel like I am swigging cough syrup. I'm not sure I'll be able to finish the can to be honest. Water from a can feels odd

Sounded scary at first, but I realized it’s just water. High quality and awesome branding.

Water in a can, over priced

Love this product. My favorite is the sparkling water, the flat is very good as well but that sparking just hits different. Tried the lime flavor and was not a huge fan, the flavor was good but it was the after taste of that artificial sweetener that got me. I will continue to purchase

I love Liquid Death. Any liquid that doesn’t use artificial sweeteners draws my interest, and Liquid Death’s usage of agave nectar is a god send as almost all of the artificial stuff kills my insides. Taste is one thing, branding is another. And I love it. I had a self checkout attendant come up to me, ready to id me when I bought three cases of the stuff, only to be confused when it never prompted them to card me. To have a drink that is so spot on at impersonating an alcoholic beverage and yet be genuine water is meeting a goal 100%. Truly the definition of blending in to the crowd. While I’m not the biggest fan of the teas, the sparkling waters have me by the neck completely. And with the introduction of both tall boys and the 12 oz cans, they made a good product better.
