Before I get into anything about this company, I want to clarify that I don't like coffee. I drink coffee maybe three times a year. Lily Bean Coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever had and now keep a bag of their peppermint coffee in my fridge at all times. It's so smooth and roasted perfectly. Now, the main reason that this company is so important to me is that they consistently go above and beyond. My mother is one of the pickiest people when it comes to coffee and this is one brand she's been able to turn me and many, many others on to this brand. The customer service from Lily Bean is so amazing. These people really care about their customers and have some of the best people running operations. Each bag is shipped out within a day, max, and often comes with a handwritten note thanking the person who bought the coffee. My family bought two bags of coffee to be delivered to my mother's birthday trip and the owners even customized the bag to say "Brandy's Birthday Blend" with the sweetest note wishing her a happy birthday on the receipt.
