We love a celebration, but we wanted to take a breather from booze. When we couldn’t find anything to sip that hit the spot, we started making our own drinks at home. After sharing them with friends (spoiler: they loved them), we quickly realized that we weren’t the only ones craving a new take on bubbles. Our Sparklers are handcrafted from verjus and real fruits, teas, and botanicals to create the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. With microbubbles and big flavor, you definitely won’t miss the hard stuff. We’re mindful of every single detail that goes into making Lili. Over the years we’ve collaborated with sommeliers, chefs, and scientists to source superior ingredients, develop unique recipes, and craft the finest microbubbles for every one of our varietals.
