The Liforme yoga mats are the best quality ever! They are easy to clean and I love that the mat has this markings so when you’re practicing it truly makes easier to follow the directions. It’s super soft and grippy but not sticky. Cool unboxing experience too.

The best and only yoga mat you’ll ever need. I’ve had mine for almost 4 years now & it’s still in great shape. The mats are super grippy which is perfect for those hot yoga classes (or if you’re like me and just sweat excessively). I will only use this mat & it’s perfect in my ashtanga practice as I’m able to hold poses without slipping. Super easy to keep clean with gentle soap & water. Love my liforme ❤️
