Great addition to my daily wellness routine :) I trust the Life Extension brand completely. I chose this Advanced version specifically because it includes turmerones and ginger to complement the curcumin. While it took a few weeks to notice the full effects on my general vitality and immune response, it has been totally worth it. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and I feel confident knowing I'm getting premium ingredients.

Purchased after learning that melatonin in excess of 300 mcg is unnecessary at best and could even be harmful to the more sensitive at worst, especially over time. Great utilitarian product at an affordable price.
