I’ve had sizing issues almost every time I order clothes online, so I was a little nervous with this one too. I messaged their support first just to double check if the size chart was actually accurate. They replied quickly, so I ordered based on the chart, and honestly, the fit came out perfect for me. The color is slightly different than what I saw in the picture, but I guess that’s pretty normal with online photos. For $148, it’s not something I’d complain about. The wool feels good and the coat is comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with it. Would be nice if they open a physical store in Omaha someday, would make things a lot easier.
