Leaft Blades are an absolute game-changer. As a busy mum of two little kiddies—homeschooling, training for the 2-Day Coast to Coast, and running a small photography business—my nutrition is usually the first thing to slip. But Leaft Blades have been the difference between nailing my protein goals and completely missing them. Since using them consistently, I’ve managed to lose weight, gain muscle, and actually feel properly fuelled for my training, which is really showing in my training gains. I have 1–2 every morning (before and after training), and I always throw a couple into our lunch bag for days out with the kids. The Blades mean I’m never short on protein—something that’s especially important for women, particularly as I’m on the cusp of entering my 40s.
