I wanted to love this so desperately but I could not stop sneezing after spraying. It has all my favorite scent notes. Scent is very personal, my experience will be different than anyone else's. The packaging was lovely and it arrived on the date it said it would. In order to initiate a return you must email someone. You lose 15% of your purchase price and need to pay a restocking fee. I did receive a reply in 24 hours with the refund for the product and am able to keep the product and gift to a friend.
