Finally something that works for my skin after trying everything for the past 8 years! I'm 28 and have battled hormonal cystic acne since college. I've done it all... dermatologists, Accutane twice, expensive products like skinceuticals. Nothing worked longer than a week or two. My skin would calm down then come back the same or worse with lost of deep painful cysts and then dark marks that lasted months. I honestly stopped wanting to leave the house.. but NOT ANYMORE I was skeptical but willing to try it and within the first week my skin was so much calmer and more normal. By around week 3 my deep underground cysts has sorted just melted away which was a miracle for me/my skin. I'm a little over 2 months in now and my skin is clearer than it's been in years. I still get occasional small breakouts around my cycle, but they're normal/manageable and gone quickly. My skin just feels and looks normal now, it's a godsend. It's not perfect and doesn't look like freakishly airbrushed, but it's my skin. If you've tried everything and nothing has worked, I was you. Hopefully this helps!!! P.s. They don't have the kit I used listed on here but it was the acne kit they make.

Disappointing – Stains Everything and Zero Results Based on the advertising, I had high hopes for L'AMARUE body lotion, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. For starters, it stains everything, sheets, clothes, towels, turning them an orange color that doesn't wash out. For a lotion this expensive, I would expected it to not ruin everything my skin touches. Another frustrating issue: when the bottle gets down to the last quarter, the pump completely stops working. You're forced to take the lid off and slam the bottle against your palm just to get any product out. Again, for something so expensive, the packaging is absurdly impractical. To make matters worse, I saw no improvement in my dry skin at all, despite consistent use. Definitely not worth the ridiculously expensive price tag. Also, beware of the auto-ship subscription. They do not send reminder emails before charging your card, and if you try to cancel, even within minutes of the order processing, and well before it ships, they will refuse. No refunds, no returns, no exceptions, which feels intentionally consumer-unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Did I mention that it's expensive? Bottom line: overpriced, underperforming, messy, and rigid company policies. I won’t be buying this again.
I really had high hopes for The Core Set, but they STINK when I apply them. And I'm not the only customer whose had this problem! I reached out to their customer service and was told they have an "earthy" scent. In my experience, it's more of a rancid/spoiled scent. All their customer service did was say sorry. That's not great customer service in my opinion.

OK! So – probably TMI but i had really bad dry skin on my elbows and also feet. I got introduced to their body cream by my partner at the time and was a total gamechanger for me. I dont really write reviews becasue most products dont really help that much but goin out of my way here to support becasue these were truly helpful for me. My skin on my feet was so dry and messed up that it was cracking and this was the only thing that fixed it -- did everything.

My wife and I have both used these product for a few years now and we love them . We both have sensitive skin and these products have not caused any irritation or flare-up for either of us. My wife like their face and eye cremes and vitamin serum , and I use the body creme , and we share the face wash . Have never had any complaints , and their customer service is always prompt , too.

My sister gave me a tube of the face cream and I have been using it for approx 2 months. It has cleared up my rosacea and breakouts. I am quite pleased with the product and will definitely order again.

An expensive mistake. First red flag was the balm not coming out of its pump properly: when the product finally cleared the too-small nozzle, it was basically Vaseline. Looked up the ingredients and sure enough, basically Vaseline. And not just the balm, the face and body lotions as well. The ingredients blend poorly and sit on top of the skin, doing very little to hydrate and less to protect. Did not inflame my eczema but also did not help it. Skin did not ever truly feel hydrated, so difficult to tell when it dried back out. No noticeable benefits from the heart to heart complex, you pay for a fancy marketing team and packaging.

Product is way overpriced for the quality. Did not hydrate or protect my skin, did not heal my eczema, highly disappointed.

I wanted this to work and it claims to do so much but it was bad. First I noticed it made my shin look dull, flat, waxy. I like a dewy moist look and feel. Then I noticed it sat on my skin like a layer of wax or plastic. When I washed it off it was all still there hard to explain but after it was off my skin felt dryer. When on my skin it burned slightly. I stopped using it after about 5 days. Went back to my regular lotion and got a compliment about how I looked with my old lotion on. My skin had looked so dull waxy for days that I didn’t get any compliments with L’Ama-rue.

I’m upset that they don’t take returns. I’ve tried email, text nothing. I got no receipt in the package , no order confirmation in my email. So I tried using it again. But now I have all the bad feelings about it plus it smells like toxic plastic to me and I think it’s triggered respiratory issue. Plus I’m nauseous. Could this be toxic? The second ingredient is Petrolatum USP?
