I bought several products but the soap dish kept falling off the wall from the start. Rather than replace it, they kept asking for photos. I’d send them and they wanted more light. I pointed out that I’m not a professional photographer and that something is wrong as it’s the same wall where the others worked. I get an email on how to wash it. I do not recommend a company that treats customers this disrespectfully. Very disappointed with them.
