Konny is a baby carrier and babywear brand founded in 2016 by Erin Lim, who made her first carrier while recovering from a cervical disc injury after giving birth. The Konny Baby Carrier is a lightweight carrier sized by the parent's pre-pregnancy clothing size, designed for the newborn months when parents carry their babies most. The range now includes the FLEX carrier, a dual-support hip seat, babywearing outerwear, bibs, newborn and kids' clothing, and loungewear for mothers. Konny sells worldwide through konnybaby.com and Amazon. The company works as a fully remote team across Korea, the United States, Japan, and China, and designs each product around a small, everyday problem that parents run into.
