I was excited to try Kokoist, but my experience as an EU customer was disappointing due to unexpected import costs. I paid $67 for products + $16.08 shipping, and later had to pay €45.74 in import VAT, customs, and DHL fees before delivery in Germany. This was not clearly communicated at checkout, and the final cost ended up much higher than expected. EU customers should be made more clearly aware of possible import charges.
