This is a very easy brand to work with - quick check out and delivery with a very competent help department for help with any issues. They include a mattress removal which solves the biggest problem for me when buying a mattress. The ‘try it and return it’ policy is great for a company that doesn’t have a showroom to try it out. The new style has an adjustable topper for medium/firm to firm and for someone who loves a firm mattress that drew me to it even more!
