i have tried their glasses a few times, unfortunately they are very bad quality. usually very flimsy and arrives defective but one thing that I love about them is that their customer service is very fast and very lovely people! shipping is super fast and their designer brands are also good (when you buy the deals)

I received a pair of new prescription glasses from the Kits website. The promo code basically only made me pay for shipping. The glasses look great and have lasted me a couple years now. The prescription part works great too!

They also have a generous return policy as I bought another pair that ended up being too big for my face, and I was able to return them without question or hassle.
