    Kit and Ace products are high-quality pieces for men and women to fit an active lifestyle that meets the office. (They love to market the concept of riding a bike to work in their clothes.) As a Canadian, I can appreciate the spirit of the brand and it fits so well into its west coast home of Vancouver. The products are high quality and have generally lasted me a long time (except for the silks.) I am a big fan!

    Kit and Ace products are a bit “inside the box,” rather than fashion-forward, which I can appreciate because they are really looking to create some timeless and functional pieces rather than fads. That being said, Kit and Ace could do a bit more with interesting cuts of their classics to create season-to-season design variation, without losing the core of their classic functional designs. Also, on some sales they don’t allow any returns or exchanges - be careful because I have definitely noticed sizing can differ a lot among the pants from type to type.

    The online shopping experience on at Kit+Ace is very disappointing. I placed an order for 3 items and was charged for the full order immediately. The shipping was delayed beyond their estimated 'ship by' date and when I inquired about the status I was just told they would 'look into it' but no follow up ever occured. When my order was finally shipped it was supposed to arrive in 2 shipments according to the tracking information on my account order page. Just one of the two shipments arrived and when I checked the order status page the tracking had been changed to a single package. However the package I received only contained 1 of the 3 items in my order. I reported this immediately to Kit+Ace customer support and was told they would 'look into it'. It's now a month later and despite repeated requests for updates I am getting nowhere with these people. I've asked for them send me a new shipment with the missing items or send me a refund, but now they've stopped responding. They took my money and I wonder if they'll ever fulfill their side of this sales transaction. I wiuld advise shoppers to look elsewhere. In my experience most other stores will only charge you when they ship items and will respond more promptly to complaints.
