Ordered bowls and linen napkins for a birthday present. Order arrived missing one bowl and six napkins. There is no customer service phone number to speak to a person. When I emailed I was told only two napkins were ordered even though every single picture in the ad features four napkins implying a bundle of 4 for $16 (which would be a reasonable price). No, they are actually charging $16 per napkin, though their misleading photos suggest otherwise. Asked if they would send 2 more napkins with missing bowl to take care of the issue. Told they would not. This company has some quality pieces but also features misleading advertising, very poor customer service, and shoddy quality control in the shipping department. Do not recommend given the cons of this experience.
Do not order from this brand. They will not treat you well as a customer and you are unlikely to get what you pay for.
