The Gen2 Keurig is an upgrade from previous versions. There are three different choices for both coffee strength and temperature. There are 4 different volume sizes (6, 8, 10 & 12). The design is slim and takes up minimal counter space. The top of the reservoir is flat so a box of k-cups can rest on top. The top needle head has 5 different prongs to facilitate the different variations. The k-cup holder has two parts that can be removed and easily cleaned. There is also an iced coffee button. I tried the different strengths and did notice a difference. The temperature control made it convenient to drink the coffee immediately after brewing. Iced coffee came out perfectly.
