Kelly's Jelly is great. I like it on crackers with goat cheese and smoked salmon. A small smear of the habanero jelly makes your plain smoked fish with cheese and crackers explode with flavor. Adds a bit of heat and sweetness to create a savory-sweet complex flavor. I also like this on a bun with veggie burgers or sandwich made with Jamaican jerk tofu, grilled onions and pickled carrots.
