Kate Farms reviews and discussion

I can see how these nutrition shakes are good under certain circumstances such as for medical reasons, but I don't think they are good for everyday use. The cost of these is very high for starters, and the sugar content is fairly high. I do like that this is free of many common allergens and is plant-based.
