I am from the UK and I purchased the Piano pillow from KANUDA USA . After watching the video on you tube, i thought ok, i think i need this, as i suffer badly with my neck and shoulders at night. I have tried numerous types of pillows from the UK, ranging from memory foam one level pillows, neck support pillows, normal average household pillows, even round tube like pillows, and nothing works. So I thought, well it is very exepensive, for a pillow at nearly £270.00 !!. but i gave it some thought, and had to take a chance. All i can say is What a waste of bloody money this Piano Pillow is. There is no relief from my shoulders or neck, infact I find myself tossing and turning more so now than i was before. How they can say that the side sleeping cushions on the ends, help, because your head is to far up and as your head slumps as you sleep, your head is tilting forward, which does excatly what you dont want it to do and thats pull on the back section of your neck. I can honestly say hand on heart, as i sit here now, i have a sniff neck. A complete waste of hundreds of £'s. NEVER AGAIN !!!, and i certainly would not advise anyone from the UK to order it, because you can't even return it, i later found out, because they don't refund international sales.... Great Business prinicples ! - i think not. They also don;t tell you or even mention in check out that you will get stung with a £65.00 import Tax charge by DHL. Please dont waste your money on this, it's all a con, and don't work how they say it is ment to. The only reason i give it 2 stars is because it arrived from the US to UK so quickly. If this is ment to be designed by a proffessional therapist -my god they are in the wrong job, because they do not know how wrong they are.
