  • Jovial Foods’ organic gluten free farfalle pasta comes from Italy and cooked al dente at about 9 minutes are the best GF noodles in my opinion. Main ingredient is brown rice flour. No junk in here! I found them at Publix.

  • I’ve been buying Bionaturae (subdivision of Jovial) for years; Jovial does flour, olive oil, pasta. Bionaturae is the tomato/preserve end of things, but also sells pasta, olive oils and vinegar. All the products are outstanding. Like all foods — especially organic and imported— the costs have sky-rocketed, so I bulk buy if I see them on sale. Obsessed with their apricot preserves, and the tomatoes are delicious.

  • I really love the taste of the pasta that's included in this brand's mac and cheese, but the flavor packets themselves aren't as good. The white cheddar one is decent, but the vegan one isn't great. I've had better vegan mac and cheese.

  • Love that they create great tasting gluten free pastas. This is one of my favorites, I use these noodles in pastas and salads. The noodles hold up and they don’t break down. They have great taste and texture. I am really impressed! Only downside is the amount of grams are really high. I just make less pasta and more vegetables

  • The best products on the market. Jovial comes from Italy and all products are made with high quality ingredients. I love the gluten free pasta and the einkorn flour. We use their products every day. Perfect to replace in any pasta dish or baking dish.

  • Not bad products but doesn’t really stand out a ton compared to other pasta and sauces brands. I do like the ingredients that they use for their products tomato sauce and pasta’s. The sourdough pasta was definitely a new concept for me and I liked the texture of the pasta too.

  • First time trying sourdough pasta. The sourdough component gives this pasta a tang that normal pasta does not have. The scent of sourdough is evident while cooking the pasta. I didn’t taste it without the sauce but the combination was noticeably more acidic than a standard marinara sauce with normal pasta. It is a good departure from the norm and would be perfect for the summer. The marinara sauce used is organic and made by the same company. It’s sourced from Italy and doesn’t have any added sugar. Pasta had some density to it and texture that held the sauce well. I’d purchase it again.

  • I tried Jovial’s organic gluten free truffle Mac & cheese. It was okay. I am not the largest fan of box Mac & Cheese in general, but I will say that I really liked the pasta noodle in this Mac & cheese. I liked the chewiness and slight crunch in the texture as box Mac & cheeses are normally super soft. Was especially amazed at its texture as it’s gluten free! I did not like the sauce itself and there wasn’t much of a truffle flavor. The truffle flavor is very faint and you will only really taste it as an end note. This sauce is better than other boxed Mac & cheese, but I found it too salty and had an artificial taste which is always present in all powder cheeses. I ended up adding more milk to balance out the flavor. Overall, in terms of boxed Mac & cheeses, this is one of the best options out there. Note - the noodles itself only fill up half of the box so it’s a pretty small serving.

  • I recently tried Bionaturae Organic Sourdough Fusilli, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pasta cooked up nicely, holding its shape and offering a firm, chewy texture that worked well in a simple garlic and olive oil dish. The subtle tang from the sourdough fermentation added a unique flavor twist without being overpowering. It's a great option when you're looking to switch things up from regular pasta.

  • I've purchased quite a few things of Jovial's from Whole Foods, and I've had a mixed experience - some of their products are incredible, and others are pretty meh. For context, my husband is Celiac with an entire family allergic to gluten, so we eat entirely gluten free. Jovial absolutely nails their gluten free pasta. 5/5 for the GF farfalle, especially - I use it when not only making pasta, but making homemade gluten free soup as well. It absolutely crushes in a GF chicken noodle! Their shells, tagliatelle, and fettucine are really good too. I think they make one of the best gluten free pastas available, honestly. When it comes to Jovial's other stuff, I'm less enthused. Their cookies and crackers are beyond dry and extremely crumbly. Definitely don't recommend those. TLDR: If you're buying Jovial for GF options, stick to their pastas! They're awesome - other stuff, proceed with caution.

  • The sourdough pasta is 10 stars. Dreamy and life-changing. I have eaten so much and gifted so many boxes. I love this stuff. It is a must to try. You will fall in love with it.

  • I liked the texture of the pasta. The powdered white cheddar was good and had an authentic taste and smell to it like real cheese! The things I did't like was how little of the macaroni noodles came in the box , and how little of the cheese powder came in the box. And they only have two flavors as of right now they need to expand them. The price is pretty affordable at $3.99 but not sure if the small amount of noodles and cheese powder they put in there measure up to the price?! I do recommend this gluten-free mac and cheese to anyone with gluten intolorence though!

  • This was not the best mac and cheese because of the texture of the pasta, I do notice this issue with gluten free pasta. Flavor was good, I believe this would be a great alternative for those who cannot consume regular pasta.

  • I love this pasta! It's definitely my favorite gluten free pasta and let me tell you, I've tried them all! Very clean ingredients, organic, and taste better than any others on the market. I love all of Jovial's products and will continue to purchase

  • When I say this is my favorite brand ever, I mean it. I love everything they can make from the crackers to the flour to the pasta. It is very high quality and everything taste amazing. It doesn't make you feel bloated and as always ingredients organic and clean. I purchase from them all the time and anytime I make the switch to try something new I always come back to Jovial. Wouldn't choose any other brand!

  • I stumbled upon this brand at Whole Food and wanted to try their Mac n cheese. I was pretty shocked at how good the box Mac n cheese was! The noodle is rice noodle and it’s so chewy and soak up all that sauce! I add pepper and more cheddar to elevate and boy oh boy.
