Is this the most healthiest peanut butter around? Certainly not. Its filled with seed oils and sugar but my husband loves it. Neither of us eat peanut butter that often so we see it more as an occasional treat. Picked up a double pack at Costco, lasts for ages.

Choosy mom's choose JIF!! Hey, that's the slogan that I have heard for years. I am not a mom, but I am a dad and JIF has been my Peanut Butter brand of choice since I was a child. Is this the healthiest Peanut Butter on the market? No, not by all means but it is still so tasty. Over the years I have switched to JIF's natural brand. Yes, it has less sodium and less sugars but still tastes great between two slices of bread. YUM!! Yes, Peanut Butter is has protein, about 7g but use wisely. For those individuals who are allergic, PLEASE stay away. Matter of fact, I am eating a delicious JIF peanut butter and jelly sandwich as I am typing this review. Cheers!!

Delicious peanut butter from Jif! The texture is so creamy and soft, it's easy to scoop and spread. I love that it has only 3 ingredients without added sugar and artificial stuff. It's so yummy and versatile.

Jif makes great-quality peanut butter. It is easy to find in a majority of stores and is more affordable than some other brands, making it a good option for a variety of peanut butter needs. I also like that they have a variety of packaging available, such as squeezable or single-serving peanut butter, both of which help in certain on-the-go situations.

I am not a big fan of peanut butter in general but on the rare occasion I do buy some, I try to find an all natural option. I try to look for one with just peanuts and nothing else at the lowest price point. However those tend to be expensive so you have to pick and choose all natural, added sugar free but a high price, or all natural with some added sugars (like Jif) but at a decent price point. Since I rarely buy peanut butter I tend to opt pay for the more expensive version with no added sugars, but if you are a peanutbutterholic and need a more budget friendly find Jif's all natural version is hard to beat. It is also super easy to find in most stores.
