Jesse and Ben's fries have a very rich tasting deep flavor base with all their fries no matter the flavor which I'm noticing upon trying at least two different flavors they add avocado oil to their fries that may be the reason. My favorite flavor so far is the beef tallow and sea salt you can really taste the beef fat and the hint of sea salt gives it another dimension of flavor. The rosemary garlic flavor is kind of strong and slaps you in the face especially the rosemary flavor the garlic flavor is barely there.I grated some parmesan to kind of offset the overpowering rosemary flavor. I really love that there's only three ingredients its crazy because these taste so good like restaurant quality good. I don't feel cruddy after eating them too, very clean tasting. I gave it a four rating because of how expensive they are.
