Longtime customer who frequented a Jeni’s scoop shop in Chicago. After I moved, I started trying the pint flavors and they are just as impressive as the scoops from a storefront.

Jeni’s is so yummy! I always buy every time I see them in the store for a little treat. They have a wide range of flavors, and even the humblest of flavors, their honey vanilla bean, is bursting with flavor. I love you Jeni!!!

best tasty cool ice cream for a hot summer day！

Friends sent us Jeni’s as a gift. When it arrived, it was soup. Super disgusting. We called. They have a promise that it will be frozen. After toing and froing, they sent us more. Once again, soup. Package was not damaged. It just did not work. They cannot deliver on their promises. Maybe it tastes great. I have no idea. I just know that when it comes in a delivery, they break their promise and deliver soup. Would not recommend.

The brown butter brittle is a flavor everyone needs to try. The little pieces of brittle throughout the pint make for the perfect amount of texture — something I need in all my scoops! Worth the premium price for the creamiest ice cream and unique flavors.

Salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had! In stores, their cones are top notch - always made fresh right there. Have loved Jeni’s for years.

The ice cream arrived completely melted, there was no dry ice in the packaging

Jeni's uses minimal quality ingredients. In my opinion, this is what makes their dark chocolate ice cream far superior to other brands. The one thing to watch out for is how much sugar is being used for a particular flavor. The Boston cream flavor is much sweeter than the dark chocolate, for instance.

This is very good, so tasty, but for someone who is lactose intolerant you will be setting yourself up. I know for sure my review could be misleading but i dont want to lie i really enjoyed specifically BRAMBLEBERRY CRISP OMG heaven!! but the after effects were not really cool haha.

Love Jeni's! In the summer I crave ice cream all the time and I live near a Jeni's that I have to stop myself from going to every night. My best friend can't have dairy and my partner can't have gluten, and I've found Jeni's to be very accommodating of dietary restrictions with a wide range of flavors and really clear signage/labels. Took off one star because it's quite expensive for ice cream, but if you're in the mood for a treat I'd say it's well worth it.

Great ice-cream shop with fun, interesting, and delicious flavors! A wide variety of flavors to choose from. High quality ingredients you can taste. I love stopping by for a little evening date, or bringing a friend here if visiting from out of town.

Ugh just the GOAT in terms of tastiness, great branding/story, the shops in Chicago are fun to visit. Some of the best legit ice cream I've had. I only have this when I'm ready for my gut to be bombed though lol, since it is legit ice cream. But it's worth it

Jeni's doesn't mess around with people! The Coconut Cream Cold Brew is to die for, but Jeni's runs on the expensive side, so I don't go for it all the time, esp with other cheaper, just as good options out there. I love supporting a female-founded company. I wish the pints were a little cheaper! But I'll splurge every now and then!

I haven't had Jeni's in quite a few years. They need to open a location down here at the beach! OBA/GULF SHORES ALABAMA I wanted to specifically comment on the outstanding response and action taken after a listeria outbreak back in the 2010's. They did the right thing, were more concerned with public safety than losing profit. Great company and damn good ice cream too!

The flavor options are incredible! It feels like a luxury experience that isn't all that expensive.

Jeni’s really have a good flavors. My favorite on e is the Gooey Butter Cake. But I’ve found the $8-10 price tag for a pint is way to expensive. But then again nothing is cheap in California.
