  • Velvety, ultra-creamy texture

  • Impressive dairy-free options
  • Inconsistent flavor execution
  • Occasionally icy, grainy texture

Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

  • This brand has taken the ice cream world by storm — innovative, creative and unique flavors matched with a high quality, rich, velvety formula makes for superior pints. My only complaint is that, as the brand has expanded and grown in popularity, their willingness to bring in more exotic, daring flavor combinations has palpably dwindled. Less chocolate chunk nonsense and more adventure please!!

  • I have tried the birthday cake and a blueberry flavor. Both were absolutely amazing! The birthday cake has been by far my favorite of any birthday cake ice cream I’ve had!

  • my favorite ice cream in the whole world!! i love having a couple locations near me and they never disappoint.

  • I tried Texas Sheet Cake and LEMON Bar both non-dairy flavors and they are so flavor packed. The Texas Sheet Cake flavor has yummy pieces of cake. And the lemon bar has a perfect lemon flavor with mix ins. The only thing is very expensive so it's a very special treat

  • Holy cow, I love Jeni's and have been a long-time supporter. Their flavors are unique and exciting, their branding is beautiful, and the story behind the brand makes me love it even more. I especially love Brambleberry Crisp and their seasonal flavors

  • What I love most about Jeni’s (and that’s saying something cause I love a lot of things about this premium ice cream) is the balance of sweet and salty. So often brands can get weighed down with sweet on top of sweet in desserts. Jeni’s has mastered the art of dessert umami. Both of these flavors have salt in the crust, sweet in the base AND tart in the fruit. And both are utter perfection. bonus: they also both have a nice base to mix in ratio!!

  • A little pricey but I love all the flavors I have tried. They are not overly sweet and are true to the description of flavor profiles. Some of my favorites have been the fruit and cobbler ones, which was unexpected because I am a chocolate girl.

  • This stuff is GOOD! I've tried a couple of flavors and was impressed with the flavor & texture.

  • My favorite savory ice cream! You've never had a ice cream like Gooey Butter Cake and once you have, you'll never go back.

  • I tried both the dark chocolate and salted caramel flavors both excellent. The salted caramel reminded me of kulfi back in South Asia so it felt a bit nostalgic if a bit on the sweeter side. The dark chocolate was fantastically rich and I’d buy again. The ingredients seemed high quality but the sugar content may be a tad on the higher side. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet since I’m gluten free.

  • Only okay. The flavors are unique and they have an awesome birthday deal. But other than that it’s not super kid friendly flavor wise and I’ve found it often times has a huge line and then feels very overpriced. I’d rather support a local shop.

  • Great quality. Wish they had some of the classic flavors.

  • The lemon & blueberry parfait is amazing sweet and a bit tart. Only downside is that it’s a bit pricey.

  • Flavor is incredible, probably some of the best tasting ice cream I've had. I do wish the stocked more of the limited edition flavors in grocery stores. Also the price is a bit steep.

  • I don’t know how but having Jeni’s ice cream immediately initiate a sense of pride. Like hometown pride. Like if I’m somewhere and they don’t have Jeni’s, immediately they’re beneath me. They have a way of instilling community and belongings with their products. Love Jeni’s a lot .

  • jeni's is such high quality ice cream- i've tried quite a few flavors and am a real fan. i like that they come up with delicious seasonal flavors for various holidays. there is one flavor, though, that i just can't eat- everything bagel. it's the only disappointment i've had, but overall- this is a wonderful product

  • Great brand, great flavors, horribly overpriced. I particularly like the Salty Caramel, and Wildberry Lavender. The coffee flavored ice creams taste legit like coffee and not some "hint of coffee, but mostly cream and sugar." Other great flavors: Darkest Chocolate, Milkiest Chocolate.

  • It’s expensive, but you can taste the quality of the product. The gooey butter cake is our favorite at home and gets finished very quickly!

  • I really wish that they would keep them in ship all year round. The chocolate chips in it are incredible.
