Jeni's Ice Creams wins praise in reviews for its ultra-creamy texture, inventive flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, and strong dairy-free/gluten-free options—so yes, the brand is good. Reviews also flag drawbacks: many find it very sweet and rich, inconsistently punchy by flavor, prone to freezer burn or iciness in pints, and expensive compared to alternatives.

My all time fave
I really wish this ice cream didn’t live up to all the hype and positive reviews, because it’s not good for my health nor my bank account. Don’t get me started on the birthday cake flavor- truly life changing
This ice cream is so delicious! I'm truly in love with the taste and the packaging and everything else! It's now my go to when picking an ice cream! It's extremely creamy and is extremely flavorfull!!!
They are pretty good ice cream. The packaging is pretty! The flavors are normal but melt pretty easily! It is a great brand of ice cream so I can’t complain! I recommend you get multiple flavors since they are tasty!
Okay, but why is every Jeni’s flavor an emotional experience?! From the first spoonful of Brambleberry Crisp to the ultra-creamy Gooey Butter Cake, it’s giving luxury, comfort, and “I deserve this” energy.
I can’t say enough good things about Jeni’s Ice Cream. Every time I go, I’m blown away by the flavor creativity and how rich and creamy everything is. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients—the taste is just on another level. Some standouts for me are Brambleberry Crisp and Brown Butter Almond Brittle—they’re both so unique and addictive. And I love that they always have fun, seasonal flavors to try. The staff is super friendly too, and they’re always happy to let you sample a few before you decide (which is necessary because everything looks amazing). Jeni’s is more than just dessert—it’s a whole experience. Highly recommend treating yourself!
Obsessed with every flavor I’ve tried so far. Wish I could afford to eat it every day!
Love the taste and variations of flavor! Some flavors are a bit sweet.
Very very tasty!!!❤️❤️
I have been lucky enough to live in a city where I can frequent their scoop shops! I love most of their flavors and I love how they are available by the pint across the country.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Jeni's. After visiting their store in person, I learned that they sold pints as well, and let's just say my wallet wishes I hadn't. Even their dairy free flavors, which I eat, are AMAZING. Best flavor if you're not dairy free is Brown Butter Almond Brittle.
Love Jeni's. Quality ingredients for delicious ice cream and the founder is an icon! I appreciate the limited and seasonal options that support other farmers/businesses/brands. I liked the original containers which used to be plastic, but were reusable.

delicious icecream
Personally purchased; Tried over 2+ yrs. I live in a city where Jeni's brick-and-mortars are plentiful. I would say they are an ice cream brand that has some fantastic flavor combinations for when you want to treat yourself to something sweet and unlike the typical "vanilla/chocolate with a dessert pastry combo".
Very expensive for how much ice cream you get! Nothing special about the ice cream itself. Not the beer o ice cream choice
Fun flavors, though some are better than others. I love the gooey butter cake, miso butterscotch brownie, and 7 layer bar.
The perfect sweet treat!

I love Jeni's Ice creams. It's very tasty and creamy. I so much love it. Infact, I really got the worth of my money and the delivery too seems effectively efficient.
Jeni's has the best ice cream! I wish they had a storefront near me, but I will happily continue buying these at the store.

These are SO creamy and delicious. In fact I am craving a Jeni's now just writing this review. The only downside is the price, Jeni's ice cream is quite expensive. Dare I say it's worth it...
