I wanted to just try your coffee and ended up with a subscription without being aware of signing a subscription. So I ended up getting coffee sent the second time that I didn't even like because Javy just sends you whatever you ordered the first time. Then I get a package that the post office e marked as damaged. So out of the 4 coffees 1 blew up inside the box. They owe me 1 coffee or 20 dollars. Don't know who to talk to about this can't find a phone number for Javy.

Coffee concentrate is amazing. Free gifts with subs are fun. Creamer is not good, sorry 😬 also, I find it really hard to log in and manage subscriptions - make it easier to find, please.

The product in itself is wonderful. I have been buying Javy coffee concentrate for a few years. The biggest issue for me is the fluctuations in price. I've been able to purchase for anywhere between 12 and 16 dollars. You can't cancel a recurring order before it actually ships.

Flavor is Not as good as i expected

I really love javy. And I would love to try more . But I can't afford to buy it.

The Flavors are great. It is easy to use. Smooth taste. I opted not to subscribe but have used sales.

Product is great, new flavors are fun. Website sucks. Terribly confusing subscription process. Will cancel my subscription and order as needed.

gotta love the convenience

I really love the convenience and versatility of this brand. There are several good flavors. It does save money on the drive thru coffee but it is expensive when two people are drinking it and you need four bottles a month.

The taste it's amazing and is super practical and original!!

I love and I mean love Javy coffee! The taste is not matched anywhere and I do love being able to order it online. Here is where I am downgrading them: the practically hide the consumer portal where you manage your subscription. And it worked too because I got a “surprise” notification that my order shipped. No email is sent to remind you that it is time, and of course that is by design. Like all subscription services, the idea is the consumer won’t remember to cancel or delay. I despise being treated this way. They do have responsive and helpful customer service, so that is appreciated.
