Taste isn’t the greatest and really don’t like the cost

I really love Javy Coffee. super duper tasty and worth spending the money! I LOVE IT.

Felt product was too strong. I mixed with water, milk, tried different amounts of product and just found it to be too strong.

I love the protein coffee powder but the amount you get is very little for the price. It’s very expensive. I should be getting 100g of protein a day and I like to do it through powder so I have to use roughly 5 scoops of this product for one day. The bag only lasts me about 2 weeks. It also seems they raised the price recently. I remember paying $35-$45/bag and now it’s $49/bag on the website as of 1/25/24. I just can’t afford to pay that every two weeks so I’ve started using other products similar.

Javy is my go-to coffee especially when i’m in a hurry! ☕️ Love how they offer automatic subscriptions; saves me the hassle of reordering every time and I don’t have to worry about running out of stock. Customer service is very friendly and helpful with your concerns as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I had a Starbucks problem…ok maybe an addiction. I had been in search of the best cold brew coffee (to help save me some $). I found Javy and decided to give it a try. I actually went all in trying Maple, French Vanilla, Original, and Iced Vanilla Cream Drizzle. I have not been disappointed! My current favorites are the French Vanilla and Iced Vanilla Cream Drizzle. I put 2 teaspoons of the concentrate, 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, ice, water, then top it off with Chobani Sweet Cream! Delicious!!! I’ve tried the Maple which isn’t bad but still trying to figure out the right combo. I have some Pumpkin syrup ordered I think will taste delicious with it! I also haven’t even tried the Regular yet because I’ve been obsessed with the Vanilla flavors. I get the frustration with folks regarding the subscriptions. I did the same thing not realizing I was subscribed but I was quickly able to cancel it, you just have to create a profile to cancel, ( but I will be re-subscribing now that I know that I love it!). Also, for folks frustrated with shipping times…it says 5-7 business days…Life has us spoiled from Amazon! Worst case order from Amazon Javy even tells u that you can on their website if you don’t want to subscribe. I love it and I highly recommend!

Legally this is not a scam. But. You WILL be locked into a subscription that they refuse to cancel. Their service is garbage, and they are not at all what they present themselves as. Unless you WANT a nearly impossible to cancel subscription, don't order this junk.

Be careful if you order from this company. It will throw you into a subscription.. if you don't get the subscription canceled before the next item ships then they make it hard to get your money back. You have to send the item back. I didn't realize it was a subscription because I missed the email that came after my order telling me that I was now in a subscription. The charge that was placed on my card was $85 and some change. I'm not able to return the item for my refund because I have moved from the location that they sent the new package. So basically I'm screwed. Lost a customer with me.

I ordered this product because my cousin served me a coffee drink with the product and I super enjoyed it. However, I ordered my own and it said fast shipping. I ordered my items a week ago, and they have yet to be shipped. I won't even be in town when the arrive. I contacted support and they wouldn't help me. I'm a first time customer and will not order again since it takes so long to not only ship, but then a whole other week to arrive. No thanks.

I get it the idea to create the easiest way to have a coffee. It reduces the waste and super convenient. However, the taste is so bad. It is so sour. I don't want this coffee to ruin my day. I tried original, no sugar with almond milk.

I really wish I’d read reviews before buying. They had a massive sale so I said, okay, I’ll try it. First of all, their customer service is absolute garbage. It took a WHOLE MONTH to get my order. I didn’t get a reply, even after I cancelled my subscription because they would’ve charged me today for another month. Now that I tried it, I’m even more disappointed. I just mixed up a mocha coffee the way I would normal coffee, but using Javy… I don’t know how it tastes bitter but watery all at the same time, but it does. I barely get a coffee hint from it at all. Just bitter. Even adding that second teaspoon I get the bitter taste, but no coffee. Definitely not a fan… and now I have 5 bottles I need to somehow get rid of.

I've tried coffee concentrates before and wasn't overly impressed, so I was skeptical about Javy. I used to brew a gallon of coffee (EXTRA rich) every week and keep it in the fridge. I decided to give Javy Coffee Concentrate a shot. It's delicious, rich, and takes up MUCH less room in the fridge. I'll keep ordering!

I ordered on 28th of June today I asked for my refund that takes up to 10 days because they had not even filled my order yet…my next shipment was supposed to be on July 28th. This was disappointing because I was excited to try these coffees I had a big order and a subscription too.. maybe don’t charge ppl until the order is sent?!

Unfortunately I can’t say anything about the taste, but I can review customer service which is terrible. My order was over $100 dollars, which is fine with me, but the company sent the wrong product to me. When I contacted them they said they would put the correct order in the system and send it to me immediately I would be contacted to return the wrong product. Well now they will not send my correct order until they receive the wrong order back. I won’t do business with a company that treats me like a thief.

not only it tastes like sand, they also charged me without my notice for an automatic delivery. After the first delivery I tried to cancel my subscription, but they didn't cancel it and I had no idea. They charged me for next one and never send an email confirmation, I only found out about the order from my bank account. Don't waste your money on trash, and watch out your account if you decide to try it

I have seen Javy all around social media, Honestly, I am more of a tea person but when I decided to give it a try. I really enjoyed the different flavors of Javy compared to other brands. It got me hooked. this one was the best!!!

The javy coffee concentrate is the best-tasting coffee I've had in a while... I...am a coffee lover and I found my new favorite coffee...:)

It's a delicious coffee that is easy and quick to make! Definitely worth a shout-out!
