I've tried two different pasta noodles from this brand. The noodles are definitely different than that of typical pasta noodles, but these are good in their own way. I like that these are low carb and cook fast. The only downside to these noodles is that I feel like they didn't make me feel satiated after eating them, so I ended up having to eat something else as well.

It's skinny pasta is amazing! I need to eat gluten free and it's hard finding tasty noodles that are gluten free! These noodles are so versatile, you can use the fettuccine for pad Thai or Thai peanut noodles and you can use the vermicelli for ramen and use any of them with your favorite pasta sauce & vegetables! Any variety they come out with, I will definitely try!
