A year ago, if you asked me the classic question of coffee or tea. I would have reflexively answered coffee. However, about 6 months ago, I tried my first green tea by ITO EN, which happened to be a bottled green tea that I bought just to have something to drink with my udon. I was SHOOK by how vibrant, earthy, and refreshing it was. I didn't know that tea could taste this good. Since then, I've tried their green tea sachets and matcha jasmine tea, which did not disappoint. Love this tea. I drink 1-2 cups a day.

I've liked the energy shot I've tried from this brand. It's a very tiny and cute can that has a more natural matcha taste to it. It is sweetened, but it doesn't taste sugary still. It gave me enough energy that didn't feel excessive. My only complaint is that I wish the can was larger, so I could enjoy more of the matcha flavor.
