I normally use vegan protein powder but a friend suggested Isopure because of the low carbs per scoop. I have only had the vanilla protein powder and really like it. less stomach pain than the vegan protein powders and typically whey protein powders. Would recommend for anyone who typically doesn't use milk based protein powders because the stomach pain / issues.
