Totally in love with my interior define couch. We had a burrow sofa before and absolutely hated it. We tried sooooo many couches and couldn’t find anything that ticked all the boxes. We ended up spending more than we would have ideally liked but we got 30% off during a sale. We could customise the fabric and the cushions so it feels exactly how we wanted. It had an 8 week lead time which was fine for us. Arrived right on time.

I ordered a sectional from Interior Define back in 202. Since I ended up delaying my move due to covid, I delayed the fabric choice by several months then paid to store the couch for several months until I moved in June 2022. I tried to set up delivery but the delivery partner kept saying they weren't able to deliver or just wouldn't show on the scheduled date. After countless phone calls, I discovered they'd managed to lose the chaise and would have to remake the couch, which I was told I'd received in 4 months. It's now been 6 months and I've received no updates. I've contacted the company via instagram, called, and sent multiple emails over the past month with absolutely no response. I honestly don't know that I'll ever receive the couch and I may just be out several thousand dollars. Avoid at all costs.
I was looking for a very specific couch and Interior Define was one of the few brands that met my specifications and budget. I ordered the couch in October 2021 and waited about 6 months before receiving my order (I'm going to chalk that up to COVID backlog and not count it against the rating). Throughout the process they were very transparent about issues arising and potential delays and they even gave me a discount when my wait was extended. The customization process is pretty simple and intuitive and ordering swatches was easy. I'd highly recommend reaching out to their design team if you're looking for advice on how to style your pieces. They partner with Ryder for delivery and the delivery was on-time and quick once it was scheduled.
Feedback
The couch is exactly what I wanted and it's extremely comfortable. I do think the back pillows are a bit overstuffed and the decor pillows are understuffed but those are things I can overlook personally.
