I like the concept of this because normally coffee is something that takes a whole machine to make. I only drink canned coffees, so trying this was a nice way to mix it up. This does require hot water and some mixing, but it's certainly better to me than how coffee at home usually gets made. I also like that the brand uses compostable wrappers for their cubes.
