Where do I even begin?! 🥰 Innerbloom has significantly changed my relationship with my body (and cycle). Every day I look forward to centering around my cup of tea to relax and regroup. All four (naturopathically formulated) blends taste wonderful - my faves are 03 The Ovulation Blend and 04 The PMS Blend. The infuser also adds that little touch of 'bougie' to my little tea moments 👸. I purchased 'The Cycle Set' which should last me about 8 months.
