I have used the shampoo and conditioner a few times now to give the product a chance, and would not recommend either to anyone. Both products made my hair brittle, dry, tangled, and it just smelled awful like an antiseptic. The conditioner bottle is also incredibly difficult to squeeze the product out, even if you turn it upside down for a day! When I contacted customer service they said I could NOT return the products because I purchased them as a "bundle," which I did because I needed both a shampoo and conditioner and if you purchased the "bundle" with both products together, you could save $8. So I did. Who ever heard of not being able to return a product just because you bought them in a "bundle" together instead of separately? This told me a lot about how this company operates and how little they value customers. Any business offers a 30 day refund if the customer is not happy with their purchase! Why wouldn't they honor their products regardless? Bottom line, they got their crummy $38 and they lost a customer. I will never buy another product from them in the future.

My go-to shampoo+conditioner+body wash as of now. The shampoo does a good job getting rid of residue, the conditioner does a great job keeping my hair hydrated, and the body wash smells great. Best part about the brand is their transparency: they list every single ingredient they use so you know it's clean and safe.
