I've used this subscription service for almost two years and have been super satisfied with the variety and quality of the plants. I have a more premium membership and receive a different pot as well as plant each month and that makes it really convenient to just build up my collection. I love that each plant comes with its own informative one-sheeter, so I can easily reference the name and care instructions. The different pots are also decent in their decor and tastes.
Feedback
What could be improved is that over a period of time the plant and pots do start to repeat themselves. There's also been a couple of times where the pot arrived broken due to transit. However, the customer service has always been responsive and solution-oriented when contacted about any issues.
