Made Slowly in the Pacific Northwest. From seed to sauce, we ferment a few simple ingredients - locally grown and organic when possible - that with time come together into a complex hot sauce. Heat, umami, fresh complexity; HOSA is a condiment that doubles as an ingredient in any dish that needs a short-cut to flavor.
