Love this brand of matcha powder, I bought Hatsu Mukashi and it is best prepared in a latte. I visited the store in Uji, Japan and the experience was great, a worker was recommending different teas depending on how we prefer to drink matcha. The quality is fresh and the leaves are milled next-door.
