Hol Food is the best tasting meal replacement I have tried, and I've tried a lot: Huel, Soylent, Jimmy Joy, Athletic Greens, etc. etc. 

The chocolate is rich and creamy and very chocolate forward which I like, and the nutritional profile is great. 

It's really really good. I feel great for hours after eating holdfood, and fully satiated. It's also great to combine with other ingredients, especially fond of the recipes found on their website.

Hol Food has been an integral part of my morning routine for nearly 5 years as a meal replacement at breakfast time most commonly. It tastes fantastic with just water and keeps me full all morning until I have lunch. Although I typically shake with just water, I occasionally blend with fruits and vegetables as a treat! My girlfriend always uses a banana. Our favourite flavour is chocolate. It is the best tasting protein by far and I've tried a lot of supplement powders ranging from whey, weight gainers and vegetable proteins with greens. Also, I work in the natural health product space and find it to be the most nutritionally complete. I would recommend Hol Food to anyone who is looking for a meal replacement, following a workout plan, or simply looking to introduce more protein alongside a wide range of vitamins and minerals to their diet.
