My pipe arrived defective. You could suck on it all day and get no smoke. I thought I was doing “something” wrong, so threw it in a drawer and gave up on it. The warranty ran out, but I got it out and tried again, two years later. Then I contacted them. I took pictures, videos, and sent them at support’s request. I even returned the pipe in pristine condition to them, per their request. I didn’t ask for my money back. THEY determined it was defective and offered me a refund because they are out of stock. When I didn’t receive it, I contacted them and support told me I needed to talk to Simon. I have been emailing [email protected] for two weeks. I have gotten no response. I contacted support again but am told to just email him. I know that’s his email because I’ve had contact with him in the past. Two weeks and no response. Buyer beware. They have their defective pipe, and my money and are now ignoring me. I also purchased the grinder and absolutely love it, but the pipe, although it doesn’t suck (literally, no smoke passes through it), SUCKS. You can see that there is no pathway for air to enter the pipe in the photo I am sharing. I searched for pictures of the pipe online, and it should have an area by the mouthpiece to allow air in. Mine didn’t. I can’t help but wonder if support is a bot. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
