I'm not a big fan of the individual hydration/electrolyte packets. They have an earthy/grassy aftertaste and don't dissolve perfectly even when shaken in water. I appreciate that they don't taste super sugary, but I won't be repurchasing.

I really love their REST and CALM naturopathic supplements - does the trick every time. The REST in particular is wonderful. It always gives me a good night of sleep, and I love that it DOESN'T have melatonin. It's founded by three women (incl. a doctor) and has clinical studies to back their products.
