Quality, durable bags. I've had my fabric weekender/laptop bag for years and it still looks brand new.

Great quality bags. Had a backpack for a long time from this brand and loved it. I still use a pencil pouch I bought from Herschel from several years ago and love it.

I have a Herschel backpack all the way back from high school. It’s perfect still even though it went through a lot during my 4 years in high school.

Herschel travel products have been a staple in our house for years. My husband only uses Herschel products when traveling and though they have been on many vacations, each item still looks like new.

Take my duffel everywhere I go! Have many Herschel products as they are sleek, minimalistic designs and just hold up well!

Love the quality of their wallets! They are so durable, mine has traveled worldwide and survived. That said they are very hard to clean, especially their light colors.

The backpack is very durable and great pattern! I do find them a bit plain without interior pockets, but I think you really don’t need the pockets.

Not good material, no refund!! Unfortunately a very bad experience. The backpack i have bought is not of good material at all and not as described in the website. It is too small and not worth it’s price. I had to sent it back to heschel on my own expenses and unfortunately they say they didn’t receive it. They deny that they received my bag and wouldn’t give me my money back. They are so unprofessional, they are pure Thieves !!!!

I had returned items I no longer needed and had to wait 10 business days for the warehouse to receive it and the 4-5 days business for the refund. Which is long in comparison to other companies. However, I also had to contact them to make them aware they were late on the refund after waiting over two weeks only to find out that the communication between the warehouse with my delivery was not done and have to wait more days for my refund. The experience has shown me Hershel have a poor system and poor communication with the uk branch and I won’t be ordering from them.

Got a backpack years ago, still works perfectly fine. sadly the colour faded a bit.
