TL;DR REALLY delicious - the medium dark is lovely, and I'm going to try other (medium roast) blends . This was on sale at my local co-op - the gorgeous packaging caught my eye. However, it's organic and regenerative 'while honoring the land, the farmer, and the people who drink it'. (Unclear whether 'honoring the farmer' translates into living wages however - that was a bit hard to find on the website. Though they work with co-operatives so assume so). Anyway, delicious, very flavourful and smooth. Highly recommended. I'm going to buy in bulk at the next sale. (Ordering from the site itself was much more expensive by ~$5)
