    Ordered socks on 12/4, never got a confirmation that they were shipped, but confirmed my order was placed. Submitted a ticket on 12/17 to see where my purchase is, and they were allegedly shipped 12/5. No tracking number, no email, no nothing. I've submitted 2 tickets to follow up on this order and no response from Happy Socks. I have no idea where my purchase is.
